The Z variation of the M16-14 Kit Carson designed knife is the most popular set-up and built for the largest user base of all the variations. Each liner lock designed model features the Carson Flipper that not only deploys the blade but doubles as a blade guard in the open position. Additionally this knife features CRKT’s automated liner safety which is a next-generation locking mechanism that sets a pin between the locking liner and the frame–virtually turning this folder into a fixed blade. This model features black GRN (Glass-Reinforced Nylon) handles, stainless steel liners, a partially serrated tanto style blade, complete with Triple Point™ serrations, in a bead blasted finish and the fully reversible 4-way pocket clip is designed for tip up or tip down carry on either side of the handle.
